The answer lies within ourselves. When we meditate, we prepare ourselves & allow our deeper conscious, the all knowing, to take charge. The session begins with a guided meditation to help us set our intentions and invite divine guidance.
Step 3:
If it doesn't serve you, it doesn't belong.
Supressing your emotions create energy blocks. Distractions don't heal you. To attract better, it is essential to address the underlying cause of your grief. Allow yourself to move beyond the weight of your past and be guided towards frequencies working in your favour.
Step 4:
Focus on what is most important
The wounded mind must be reset like a fractured bone. It cannot heal itself without spiritual realignment. This spread allows us to align our questions with the success we desire; to find out what we truly need, a newer goal, a clearer path.
